I’ve spent a lot of time researching, experimenting, and refining how different microgreens grow, taste, and work in everyday meals. What started as curiosity turned into ongoing research and development—testing varieties, harvest timing, textures, and flavor pairings.I believe microgreens don’t need to be complicated to be impactful. The best recipes are simple, approachable, and realistic to make at home.Here, I’ll be sharing some of my favorite go-to recipes that highlight the flavor and nutritional benefits of microgreens without requiring special equipment or hard-to-find ingredients. New recipes will be added as we continue to grow and experiment.

Rooted Revival was grown from a personal need to access fresh, nutrient-dense food grown without unnecessary additives. As a minority LGBTQ-owned business, this work is rooted in care — for ourselves, for our community, and for the food we share.Growing clean, vibrant greens locally is both a personal practice and a way to make healthy food more accessible.

What We GrowWe grow a rotating selection of microgreens, including pea shoots, sunflower, red cabbage, mustard, and Swiss chard — each offering its own texture, color, and flavor.
